Galway hosted the finale of the Volvo Ocean Race this summer. This replica of Rio’s Christ the Redeemer statue appeared on one of Salthill’s ghastlier buildings as part of the overall race-japery.

I did these test shots to prepare for a job recently. I thought they might need a ‘dramatic sky’ kind of look. As it turned out we didn’t get around to doing them. Anyway its an opportunity to introduce my charming new assistant, Dolly. I think she’s a keeper!
